Street View before you dispatch — 4 things you'll spot

# Preview the property in Street View
Before dispatching a crew, spend 15 seconds in Street View. Look for:
1. **Gate access** — chain link vs solid, code needed, side yard entry.
2. **Overgrowth** — how long since it was serviced? Adjust duration up.
3. **Vehicles / obstacles** — permanent RV in the driveway, low-hanging branches.
4. **Neighbors' equipment** — helps identify property boundary.
